Cherries

I heart ‘Cherry’ big time!! It is really hard to find cherry in the super market. Whenever I see I never miss it. But just last night when I was eating it, I was just wondering if it’s doing any good to my body or not. So today, I googled about cherries and found some interesting facts and benefits about this fruit.
I found out that a healthy consumption of cherries, lowers cholesterol associated heart diseases, diabetes, and slow down the growth of certain cancers. A cherry enriched diet helps to lower total body weight naturally without any side effects, generally related to diets for weight loss. Its hormone anthocyanins help to reduce gout and arthritis. The cherry fruits are low in cholesterol, fat and sodium. They are also a very good source of fiber and Vitamin C as well.
