Current Diet Update

I've been trying to eat healthy recently. I make sure I don't drink soft drink and last least have a meal with one big bowl of salad. This makes my food digestion better. Not to forget - water, I've been drinking it up. With all this I am continuing my 3 days gym a week.

To be honest, I am not losing weight with this stuff. But for sure I feel better in terms of fresh, my skin feels good and my digestion problem is even better now. Let see for how long I could hold on to these yummy snacks and diet.
