I went to the Indian Embassy in Thailand  the other day. There was no guideline and instruction written or posted anywhere. You have to go to the counter and ask the procedure. It makes me so annoyed. And then when they instruct me of the procedure, they linger around, talking to other colleague and check the document super slow. The embassy had no people, no queue, so i don't know why the person was feeling so lazy so reluctant to make the work flow quick. The way they talk to you really annoys me. It's like they don't want to help and talk to us like they are doing us a favor. It's high time, Indian embassy should be service minded and have a concrete procedure.Take for example, American Embassy, they are so quick, helpful and always smiling. 

I know comparison is bad. being an Indian origin, I think they should improve the service of an official country's office.
