Gold Rush

Just obsessed with my gold accessories. It just compliment my skin much better than silver. Loving the gold accent with white outfit or either completely black. Michael Kors has amazing gold or rose gold watches, mid riff rings from forever 21 and absolutely loving the infinity necklace that I have been in the search for. Just can't get enough of it.

X'Mas Party

My work mates are the best that you could ask for. Working in this company, has taught me so much. But these crazy monster makes me enjoy working so much. We do go through up and down but at the end, we are still friends. Having a get together at a year end always sum up the year that pass by super fast. The get together included drinks, food, lucky draw, secret Santa, music and lots of laugh. A night to be remembered. The theme was bow tie. So lots of bows around.

Pro Trend Color Contact lens

I'm really excited to share this review with you guys because I've been so excited about these lenses. I know there are so many options out there, but when it comes to preference, I really like 'as natural as possible' looks. I'm not a big fan of thick and unreal lenses.  The Pro Trend Color contact lens is made in Korea. It is much better than the maxim ones I used to wear. This is has more water content and it is super comfortable. These are disposable lenses, can be used for 1 month and it costs 250 Baht. The packaging is a plus for me.  I got the color Eclipse Brown. I think this is the most natural lenses I've ever worn till now.

I am still on a look for a better lens, I'm currently trying out a couple of them, will have them review once I tried it for more than a month.

First Impression BenNye & Maybelline

Finally, the two wanted product since January 2013 finally it's in my collection. Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder and Instant Age Rewind Erase Dark Circle concealer. As soon as I bought it, I couldn't resist to try it. So today's post will be my first impression post on these two products.

The reason why I wanted to try this product so bad is first because Kim Kardarshian make up artist uses this for her face and because it's only under 10 US dollar. It comes in 1.5 oz shaker jar. It is understandable why people swear by this product because it is a talc base which mean it does wonders for shine. For those of us with drier skin like myself, the powder is finely milled and fairly silky so it'll blend out very well without clinging to drier areas of your face.  Even better than face, this powder is good for setting under eye concealer. The product and the coverage of the concealer on your eyes last forever. I use a small blending brush to simply sweep a little under my eyes and done. It sets my concealer for all day finish and most importantly it isn't completely transparent so it does have a little brightening power to it. And since it is yellow it diffuses the look of darkness while brightening so you can use it on bare, concealer-free eyes as well.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Concealer + Treatment in Medium: Every one raves about this product and finally I've got hold of it. I do have crazy dark circle and creases under my eyes and I've never liked the feeling of creamy concealer under my eyes, it's always felt too heavy and showed off my little creases too much. This concealer solves all of my problems. It comes with a sponge tip applicator, which is very practical as the product just glides onto my skin. The product is absorbed through the sponge and seeps through it once the clicker on the rim right under the sponge is turned a few times. I usually blend the product out with my ring finger tips. Although this concealer does not have the best coverage from my experience as compared to other concealers I have tried in the past (such as Mac's Pro Long wear concealer), it still does a decent job at covering my dark circles. I got mine in the shade 'Medium' although I feel it is a tinge too light for me. There is actually one share darker called 'Honey', but where I got it from didn't stock that shade. But this shade works as a brightener as well.

Overall, I would still recommend this concealer since it does a good job at brightening under eye area and they for the price, you don't have much to lose. So many people love this concealer, and honestly if I had one shade darker, I thin I would have hit the concealer jackpot.

Products from India

My friend Neet had got these things for me from India. It's been three month I guess and I haven't got time to talk about it. She got the Dabur Amla hair oil on my request and the Lakme Eyeconic Kajal beacuse I had told her once that her eyeliner was looking spectacular, so she got it for me. Thank you so much darling.

Just a quick write about the hair oil. I've been using it on a regular basis I think it's been two months now. Just to clear it out, this oil is for scalp and not for your dry ends. It claims to make your hair grow faster and in good condition. I apply on the day before my hair wash day. I apply only to the scalp usually before sleeping and leave it overnight. Next morning thoroughly wash the oil off 2 to 3 times at least so that the strong smell gets washed off. I can see the difference in the condition of my hair. It's a lot less drier and there's less split ends when i use the oil regularly. I do this routine at least once a week.

cathay pacific

Few days back I flew to Singapore with Cathay Pacific and to be honest I was impress with the price, service and the plane. From BKK-SIN I flew with Boeing 777-300, the seat was comfortable and it tok less than 2 hours to reach. Usually with air asia it takes 2:30 mins. So I haven't even finish watching and episode of bigg boss, the flight landed. I don't know what about the flight made me less panic. The food was so yummy specially the bread and butter. Yummm... The price I would say is not much difference with air Asia. Cathay Pacific flight cost 7500 and I think Air Asia was 6800 Baht. You get food, seat selection and weight as well. I'm just really enjoying this airline.

I know it's not a thing to talk about but I couldn't resist. This oral-B is amazing. I feel I am able to clean each and single of teeth very well. There is no layer left on my teeth. It's a bit heavier than the normal tooth brush. This toothbrush cost 80 Thai Baht. I have stock this just incase the company stop producing it. They do come in many colors.

November Empties

I know it's a bit late, just a quick look of some of the products I've used up in the month of November.

  1. Schwarzkopf Extra Hair Repair: This is my second bottle, I use it on wet hair and it's does the deed to my hair. I will definitely purchase this again.
  2. MAC strobe moisture cream: I've been using this product for a long time. It help give my dry skin a super glow and healthy. I sometime just apply it on it's own or if I'm going for a party, then I would mix it with my my foundation and apply it. It surely gives me the glow that I want and not make it look oily.
  3. Lancome Miracle Perfume: This is my all time favorite, this is a travel size bottle, that I use in my gym bag for when I'm traveling.
  4. Perskindol Active Relieves Spray: This is a life saver when I have a body pain. Relieve pain instantly.

Bourjois Paris Nail Enamel Remover

Bourjois Paris gentle Nail Enamel has been my new obsession for my nails. Its very gentle nail enamel remover. It is acetone free and it doesn't dry out the nail. Love the scent. Like other nail polish remover, the smell doesn't stay on your nails. So it's super awesome for me. The only reason why I hate to do my nails is to wash off glitter nail polish or dark colors but it's been easier and way faster. There is 125 ml in this bottle and it costed me 149 baht. Bought this from Watson

5 Favorites 1 Regret November 2013

1. Vaseline Healthy White SPF30 PA++ Serum
This is a body care item that I bought for my gym bag. It was small, new and had SPF 30 so I thought why not. Size is 180 ml and it cost me 149 Baht. This is a body lotion in serum concentration. It claims to help keep the skin radiant and most importantly is the sun protection with SPF 30 PA++. It has a very light texture and absorbs in the skin very quickly. It's non greasy despite of having SPF 30 so it was a plus point for me. It works quite well for warm and humid country like Thailand. So I've just been loving it.

This is also another item I picked up for my gym bag. I normally use MAC studio fix powder foundation on a daily basis. But I needed one, I gave this a try. To be really honest, this is by far better then MAC studio fix powder. This one after few hour of application, your face doesn't become oily. Whereas for the MAC one you need to blot the oil off your face. This matches my skin texture and tone perfectly. It looks flawless. There is something about it when applied it blends in perfectly with your face. It's oil free and non comedogenic.

I have dry skin so cream blushes and life saver. It is so pigmented and has a reasonable price. The rose petal shade gives my skin just the right amount of color, glow and dewiness I desperately need. I apply this with my finders right on top of my liquid foundation and it blends seamlessly into my cheeks. The texture is creamy, smooth and does not feel heavy on your face. I love the packaging too.

4. MAC, Lipglass in Lust
This is an old found love. This is my favorite lip gloss color. I first bought this product when I was I think 21 years old. After so many yet, Lust is still my signature color. It is a muted rosy beige with a creamy consistency and finish. It does settle into lip lines, and its nearly opaque as far as glosses go. However it less noticeable from far. I love the color.

5. Hair Clips
These hair clips are super cute and fun. I'm totally falling in love with it. The colors are vibrant and it just gives a happy feeling so that's why I have it in my favorite for this month.

This thing doesn't work for me at all. I've tried it a couple of time and it seems to ruin my clothes even more. It's not worth the money at all. It does nothing for me. So bye bye..
