Happy One Year Anniversary Husband

We have successfully survived our first year of marriage!

1 year ago today, I was getting ready to walk down the aisle towards you.

I've been looking on this year, and it has been quite a turbulence but a fun turbulence. We've gone through so much this past year together, that I now know that we can accomplish anything. I'm so thankful to have such a patient and loving husband. He humours my dumb jokes, compliments my terrible cooking, and carries me to bed when I fall asleep on the couch.

Thank you for being my best friend. Thank you for being my rock. Thank you for being my biggest supporter and most constant fan. Thank you for working so hard for our family. Thank you for spoiling me. Thank you for making my world a better place. Thank you for being you.

I'm so excited for the adventure in these countless years to come. To not only grow old together, but grow close together. All with my tall grey and handsome, It's going to be the best.

The best thing I ever did was marry you. I will never regret it. I can't wait to see what next year holds for us. We have been so blessed in the past year. I can't imagine it being any better - but somehow it always is.

Happy one year anniversary!

Grateful for 2015 & Welcome 2016

I normally write this post during the first week of the new year, but the right timing just didn't present itself yesterday. So here I am today & I am almost at loss of how to describe my immense gratitude for last year, for this precious like of ours, for every thing thing. If I had to sum up my feelings for 2015 in one word, it would definitely be "Grateful".

I have experience gratitude in an entirely new way this year.. feeling it so deeply that it has grounded me and made me even more aware of how less is so much more. I think it is easy to allow our thoughts to be almost created by society. But if we just try to be still, deep down inside we know our truths. We know who we are at the core, who god created us so perfectly to be and that what we 'need' is truly within us.

I am beyond grateful for our health, our shelter in Singapore that feels like it was made just for us, for laughter ringing throughout our home and for our family and friends who light up our lives.

I wish you all great heath, happiness, peace and love beyond measure from my family to yours.
